Cinnamon Rolls
I have never preferred sweet food over salty. For many years I worked selling bakery at at the Metro stations, in the school and the university. For cook so much I ended up getting bored of sweets.
In quarantine I return bakery and I cooked cinnamon rolls for the first time… They were delicious.
I didn’t thought the difficult but the first conflict is that it took 5 hours to get ready, and worse yet
the most complex was the go up the yeast. It didn’t work very well. I had to do it 3 times.
I made the classic recipe with sugar and raisins, but vegan version.
Another conflict was that I misread the recipe and I put a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon of cinnamon.
And although I have some problems they were highly praised for those who ate.
Next time, it will be much better and maybe I can invite friends to eat and drink tea. Maybe it could be one of you.
